At Wild World Leather (https://wildworldleather.com), every custom item from rugged rodeo chaps to tailored cowhide jackets is cut, stitched, and assembled by hand in our dedicated facility. We coordinate secure, end-to-end tracked international shipping directly to your doorstep.

1. Order Processing & Production Times

Because our gear is built to your specific measurements and design options, delivery timelines consist of two phases: Production Time and Transit Time.

  • Custom-Made Products (Chaps & Tailored Jackets): Production requires 7 to 10 days (10 – 14 business days). This allows our artisans sufficient time for hide grading, hand-cutting, structural reinforcement, tooling, hardware installation, and quality inspections.
  • Ready to Ship / In Stock Products: Standard off the shelf items are processed, packed, and dispatched within 3 to 5 business days.
  • Order Cutoff & Work Days: Production and fulfillment operate Monday through Friday, excluding international and statutory holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Once production is completed and inspected, orders are dispatched via premier express courier services (e.g., DHL Express, FedEx, UPS).

Note: Transit times are estimates provided by shipping carriers and begin from the date of dispatch, not the order date.

3. Tracking Your Shipment

  • Automated Tracking: As soon as your order leaves our workshop and is scanned into the courier’s hub, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your direct tracking number and carrier link.
  • Live Updates: Tracking details generally take 24 to 48 hours to update status as the parcel passes through export sorting hubs.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • International Orders: For orders shipped outside the manufacturing jurisdiction, your package may be subject to import duties, local taxes (e.g., VAT, GST), or customs clearance surcharges imposed by your country’s customs authority.
  • Payment Responsibility: All customs duties, tariffs, and related local administrative fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Wild World Leather is not responsible for delays caused by local customs inspections.

5. Delivery Addresses & Special Notes

  • Physical Address Required: Due to courier restrictions and signature verification on high value leather goods, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a valid physical street address.
  • Signature Confirmation: Most shipments require a direct recipient signature upon delivery to prevent parcel theft and verify handoff.

6. Address Changes & Undeliverable Packages

  • Updating Address: Address modifications must be submitted within 48 hours of order placement. Once a package has been booked and dispatched with the carrier, shipping addresses cannot be changed.
  • Returned to Sender: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address entered at checkout or failure to pay local import taxes, the customer is responsible for re-shipping postage costs.
